My New Dell G16 7630 Laptop Is Experiencing Low FPS Issues

I purchased the Dell G16 7630 laptop with i7 13700HX, 32 GB RAM, and 1 TB SSD on the day after its release in Turkey. In the first week, I noticed that the device automatically reduced the FPS (Frames per Second), but as it was a new device, I thought it might be a software issue and didn't pay much attention to it (also, the price had increased, and I didn't want to return it and buy a new one). After a while, I realized that the problem persisted, and I experienced it constantly.

The device automatically reduced the GPU voltage and limited performance after a certain time of gaming. This happened in multiple games, both in moderately demanding and performance-intensive ones.

I created support tickets through Dell support 3-4 times, except the last time, where due to my busy work life, I responded late, and the tickets were closed - that was my mistake. But the last time really upset me and showed that Dell support is not interested in solving issues.

I opened the ticket by phone and specifically asked about the processing time. I was told that if there is no response within a week, the ticket will be archived, and at the end of the second week, it will be closed. So, I adjusted according to my work schedule. The ticket was opened on Monday and archived on Thursday, and I received an email for reevaluation. On Friday, I called again and spoke with another representative who said my ticket would be reopened, and the responsible representative would contact me.

Two days after this conversation, I received an email stating: 'It has been determined that the issue is not hardware-related. We do not provide support for software issues.' My device has not been functioning properly for 6 months. Considering the previous tickets, I have already reset my device three times, each time in a different way, but there has been no improvement.

If the problem is neither hardware nor software-related, then it seems to be my fault. It looks like I need to check myself into a psychiatric ward soon. I have been waiting for months, not considering other brands, to wait for the new Dell laptops with a dedicated graphics card. If only I had chosen other brands. It seems like the Dell brand is just a name...
