Dell G16 7630 Laptop Performance and Light Bleed Issues

I purchased a Dell G16 7630 laptop on August 19, 2023, and have been experiencing persistent issues. The laptop has noticeable light bleed on the screen and frequent performance problems like lagging and freezing, even though all my drivers are updated.
I requested a replacement from Dell nearly 20 days ago, but I have yet to receive any updates. This is particularly frustrating as it marks the fourth service issue I’ve faced with this device. The delays and unresolved problems are unacceptable for a brand of Dell's reputation.
I urgently request Dell to expedite my replacement request and resolve this matter promptly. I need a reliable laptop, not one that causes continuous disruptions.
