Dell G15 5530 CPU Issues - Return Denied

Hello, I bought a Dell G15 5530 laptop with really impressive specifications from Vatan Bilgisayar at Adana Real Shopping Mall on 12.03.2024. Unfortunately, the laptop is facing some CPU performance problems, and both Vatan Bilgisayar and Dell's customer service have been unable to find a solution. Even though we've asked, they're unwilling to handle our return. I am extremely dissatisfied with the subpar customer service provided by Dell. They simply recommended restarting the laptop, which is not an optimal solution. As an architect, I've been facing significant challenges in completing my work lately. Even basic tasks become incredibly challenging, with constant slowdowns and freezing, especially when trying to browse websites like Youtube.com. I spent ₺63,529 on this laptop, which is quite a significant sum. If Dell's customer service does not adequately address my concerns or if Dell declines to accept the return, I will take the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
