My Dell G15 Freezes After 1 Minute – Poor Quality & Repeated Repairs in 3 Years
I’m beyond frustrated with the quality of the Dell G15. I trusted the brand when purchasing this laptop, but in just three years, it has needed repairs twice. Both the screen and GPU had to be replaced due to manufacturing defects. Now, after all these issues, the laptop completely freezes just one minute after booting up. A product that requires this many repairs in such a short time is unacceptable. I expected reliability, but instead, I’ve had nothing but problems. Dell needs to take responsibility and provide a real solution. I demand immediate assistance to fix this ongoing issue.
