Dell G3 15 Laptop Motherboard Failures and Poor Customer Service
I bought a Dell G3 15 laptop in 2021. Dell Service replaced the motherboard within the first year, thanks to the warranty. A year later, they had to replace the motherboard again. After six months of the warranty ending, another problem happened even though we just replaced the motherboard. I returned the laptop to Dell Service. Even though it hadn't been long, they told me again that they needed to replace the motherboard. This time, they asked for a price of 36,000₺ without the warranty, which is based on the original price of the laptop.
I told Dell that it's not normal for the motherboard to be replaced three times in just 2.5 years. I made it clear that either the laptop needs to be replaced or the motherboard, which was replaced six months ago, should be exchanged under warranty. But Dell hasn't replied or done anything about it. I've used and taken care of a lot of laptops for a long time, but I've never felt so ignored.
Also, when I got the product from the service, I saw that a lot of screws were missing and even the WLAN card in the laptop was not there. I've never seen such carelessness before. I've lost a lot of trust in Dell. Also, it's really disappointing that they haven't replied to my emails and have been ignoring me.
