Dell Precision 7670 Workstation Overheating Problem
I have never experienced such a bad computer company. They consider it normal for the computer's temperature to reach 88 degrees. I am writing about the Dell Precision 7670 Workstation model.
I bought it because of the RTX A5500 graphics card and the highest available RAM capacity, but I cannot use it quickly, and it becomes extremely hot, making it difficult to touch. Dell considers this normal. I have spoken with technical support and received written confirmation that this is considered normal.
I argue that water boils at 80 degrees and above. They claim that this is normal. I do not use the computer to make coffee or prepare food; I use it for drawing. As a mechanical engineer, I purchased not a simple machine but a workstation that is very expensive.
Dell does not support it, does not accept returns, and it hampers my work with this computer. Due to the "health hazard from high temperatures and the associated inconvenience," I will take legal action against them. I have already consulted with a lawyer. The only computer brand that you should definitely not buy.
