I purchased a Lenovo Loq 15AHP9 with Ryzen 7 8845HS and RTX 4060 from Hepsiburada’s authorized seller two months ago. Since day one, I have faced numerous issues, and the laptop has been sent to service twice.
The first time, the authorized service claimed there was no hardware issue and returned it to me. During the second service visit, a motherboard defect was identified, and I agreed to a replacement. However, after the motherboard was replaced, the CPU now constantly reaches 100°C during gameplay, causing the system to throttle. Before the service, the CPU operated between 70-80°C, which is standard for this model, as seen in benchmarks.
When I contacted Lenovo's service to report the overheating issue that arose after their repairs, I was told, "100°C is not a valid reason for a service request; this is normal for gaming laptops." Such a response is unacceptable. This overheating problem did not exist before the motherboard replacement, and the laptop’s performance has significantly worsened.
I demand Lenovo resolve this issue immediately. A gaming laptop performing worse after service is far from acceptable, and dismissing my concerns is disrespectful to me as a customer. Fix this problem promptly.
