Dell G5 5525 Laptop Shuts Down Randomly Despite Multiple Repairs

I am experiencing a persistent issue with my Dell G5 5525 laptop (Service Tag: B48S8T3). The device shuts down unexpectedly during use, and despite multiple attempts to resolve it, the problem remains unresolved.
To date, two motherboard replacements and one remote technical support session have been conducted. Most recently, the motherboard was replaced on December 9, 2024, yet today the laptop shut down again unexpectedly.
After three rounds of technical support and no resolution, I am requesting a full replacement of the device. This ongoing issue severely disrupts my work, and I expect Dell to take immediate action to provide a lasting solution. A brand of Dell’s caliber should not overlook such serious product flaws.

I sent the device to the company as Dell requested. The device was returned, and my complaint about it shutting down has been resolved. It is currently working without any issues.
