Dell Alienware AW2723DF Laptop Backlight Bleeding Defect

I purchased the Dell Alienware AW2723DF model from Vatan Bilgisayar on August 29, 2023. After 1-2 days of use, I noticed significant backlight bleeding on black colors in movies and games, which is very distracting.

When I contacted Vatan Bilgisayar, they directed me to Dell customer service, stating that they do not handle the Dell brand. When I called Dell customer service, they requested 3 photos via Gmail, which I sent. After 10 minutes, they claimed that everything was normal and ignored the issue. The customer service was disrespectful and seemed indifferent.

I want a refund, but they do not accept it and even try to force me to keep the monitor without testing it at home. I paid 20,000₺ and do not want to keep the monitor. If necessary, I will file a complaint to obtain a refund.
