My computer came back from service yesterday (Friday, December 13th), and I picked it up from Vatan. I wanted to check the computer while picking it up, but the woman there didn't care at all. She just said, "Go check it," but I mentioned that the computer coming from service needs to be plugged in for a while. She said, "Go plug it in." It's as if the store is mine and I know where everything is. After this wonderful (!) experience, I came home and turned on the computer. It worked at first, and I even started downloading the necessary applications, thinking it was finally fixed. Until the next morning, Saturday, December 14th, when I turned on the computer. I used it a bit, and it gave a white screen error by itself. There were strange black marks on the edges of the screen. Hoping it might fix itself, I turned the computer off and on. Again, it showed a white screen before booting up. I thought I'd try again, turned it off, waited for a while, and pressed the power button to turn it on. The first black screen appeared, and I thought I'd wait for a while, maybe it would work, but it didn't, so I tried turning it off and on again, and somehow it worked. I finished my work and turned it off, but when I needed to use it again later, it wouldn't turn on, showing a black screen again, and it wouldn't boot up. Thanks to you, I can't complete my final assignment. The deadline is approaching, and I haven't even started. I was only able to download the necessary applications, and then it broke again. You neither bother to provide a temporary computer nor look into the complaints here. When I try to contact Lenovo support, you say it doesn't work today (Saturday). If people didn't have urgency or necessity, they wouldn't want to contact you on the weekend anyway. I want the replacement I am entitled to; enough is enough. I'm tired of being a victim and having my grievances unresolved. There's no one I can contact about my grievances. Because my computer doesn't work, I couldn't complete my final assignment, thanks to you. I don't know what I'll do or what will happen now. Did we buy a computer or something else, I don't know. It goes to service and comes back even more broken, whatever they do there. As I said, I want the device replaced. If it happens soon, I might be able to submit my assignment, depending on the mercy of the professor. So, replace my device as soon as possible.
