Grundig Fail to Resolve Defective TV Issue

I purchased a Grundig 43gff6950 43-inch 108cm Android TV from Vatan Bilgisayar on October 13, 2022 (212 Power Outlet AVM - 2nd floor, see attached receipt). The TV has been experiencing signal loss and malfunction since the day it arrived. The first service visit resulted in a part replacement, resulting in a month without a TV (see attached service note). They claimed that the problem had been resolved, but the screen still flickers, and the signal problems persist. The second service visit (attached) had no lasting effect, and I was once again without a television for 10 days. Despite this, Vatan Computer refuses to accept a return or replacement in the absence of an official report, but both the service and general headquarters are avoiding responsibility. I demand a refund or replacement for the faulty product, but I can't find anyone who will listen to my concerns. The store where I made the purchase demands an official report, but Grundig remains silent. I'd like a refund or a replacement.
