Bad Color Display on the Dell Gaming G15 5520 Laptop

I bought a Dell Gaming G15 5520 laptop with an Intel Core i5 12500H processor, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, and an RTX3050 graphics card on April 13. I got it from hepsiburada.com to use it for my graphic design work.

Once I started using it, I realized that the colors weren't showing up correctly. The reds looked like oranges, and the blues, greens, and many other colors were also not the same. When I was using the Dell laptop, the external monitors or other computers showed colors that were not the same.

We let the service know about the problem. A week after buying the new laptop, they replaced the screen, but the issue still wasn't fixed. Afterwards, they also replaced the motherboard, but the issue persisted.

We made it clear that the product is faulty and asked for a direct exchange, but we didn't receive any response. I've also noticed that some people are having different issues with their Dell laptops.

I bought a laptop about 6 months ago for around 20,000 ₺, but I haven't been using it lately. I can't use it because the colors look wrong. I've wasted my money. I gave the laptop to a lawyer friend who will take legal action. I'm sharing this here so that others don't go through the same thing.
