Rowenta Spare Parts Shortage Has Left My Vacuum Unusable

I am writing regarding the lack of availability of a replacement water tank for my Rowenta Rain Force 2600 water filtration vacuum cleaner, which I purchased online in 2020.

For approximately 15 days, I have been trying to obtain a replacement water tank for my vacuum cleaner without success. I have contacted five different authorized Rowenta service centers, and every one of them informed me that they do not have the part in stock and are unable to obtain it through their supply channels.

This situation is extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of quality, reliability, and after-sales support that I associate with the Rowenta brand. A water tank is one of the most essential components of this type of vacuum cleaner, and it is unreasonable that such a fundamental spare part has become unavailable only a few years after the product was purchased.

I also attempted to contact Rowenta Customer Service, but I was unable to reach anyone by phone and therefore could not receive any assistance or information regarding the availability of the part.

I respectfully request that Rowenta urgently arrange the supply of a replacement water tank for my Rain Force 2600 vacuum cleaner and provide me with clear written information about when and how I can obtain this spare part.

If the required spare part can no longer be supplied, I kindly request that Rowenta offer an appropriate solution to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced, considering that my vacuum cleaner has become unusable solely because a basic replacement component is unavailable.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
