After 2-Year Warranty and Multiple Repairs, Dell G15 5511 Laptop Still Has Issues

I purchased a Dell G15 5511 laptop on March 23, 2023, which comes with a 2-year warranty. Despite this, I have faced constant issues and frequent service visits. The motherboard and other parts have been replaced, yet the problems persist, and the laptop still won't turn on. To start the laptop, I have to remove the battery. I’ve requested a replacement, but they only offer part replacements, citing procedural restrictions. I find this situation ridiculous. Due to the ongoing problems I’ve encountered during meetings, I do not recommend purchasing a Dell laptop. Dell’s service has consistently failed to address my issues.
