My Dell G15 5525 Keeps Failing – Repeated Motherboard Issues
I barely use my Dell G15 5525, yet I’ve already had to replace the motherboard twice under warranty. Despite these constant hardware failures, Dell refuses to replace my laptop and insists on repairing it instead. It’s unacceptable for a product to have this many critical issues within the warranty period—what happens when my warranty expires? Will I be left with a useless device?
Even now, my laptop doesn’t start up properly and gives me trouble every time I try to turn it on. I’ve attached photos as proof. I just want a reliable device, not a constant headache. Dell, stop ignoring the issue and replace my faulty unit!
