My Dell G15 5511 notebook started malfunctioning within its first year, frequently freezing. By the time it reached two years, the USB ports stopped working entirely, and I was informed that a component had failed. How can a brand-new computer have so many issues in such a short time?
I am an extremely careful user and have treated this laptop with the utmost care, yet it still failed to meet basic performance standards. This is unacceptable for a Dell product, and I feel let down by the brand's quality. I am requesting a full refund for this defective laptop and expect Dell to address this issue promptly. Reliable performance should be the minimum expectation for such an investment.
