Shoes Sold at Deichmann Let Water In Even In Light Rainy Weather
I got winter Adidas sports shoes for my spouse from the Deichmann store at Istanbul 212 Shopping Center on October 14, 2023. It clearly states winter shoes, they let water in even in light rain. When buying the product, I was assured that it is water-resistant and protective against snow, but it fails even in the slightest rain. It seems like wearing slippers might offer better rain protection. I took the product back to the Deichmann store where I purchased it, and they claimed there was no issue with the product, refusing to process a return. I just invested in winter footwear and found out they are not suitable for wearing in the rain. I fail to understand how a brand like Adidas can sell a product without standing behind its advertised features.

We will discuss this at the consumer arbitration committee. You can't just call people and say you called just to appease them. They say the sports shoes are not water-resistant. Where does it say they are not water-resistant?
