On 11.01.2024, I bought Salomon XA Pro 3D V9 GTX shoes from Trabzon Forum AVM, and the shoes clearly allowed water to seep through the upper part. I wore them only a few times under light rain, yet they still failed to keep my feet dry. I brought them to the store under warranty, but the brand responded by saying there was no production defect and refused to return or exchange the product. The inspection process was brief and did not seem thorough, which made me question how seriously my complaint was evaluated. There is no deformation, tear, or any visible damage on the shoe. While I believed I was purchasing a waterproof shoe, I experienced the exact opposite, and Salomon has disappointed me by failing to stand behind the product it sells.
