Nike Shoes from Deichmann Make Noise and They Refuse Replacement

I purchased a pair of Nike shoes for ₺3,750 from Deichmann at Mersin Forum, but every time they touch the ground, they make an annoying "vijk vijk" sound. I returned the shoes to Deichmann's Erdemli Novapark store for inspection, but they claimed there was no manufacturing defect. Despite requesting a re-evaluation, I received the same response. Customer service later stated that the noise was normal and not considered a defect. Suspecting authenticity issues, I asked for a certificate of authenticity, but they refused and said they would not assist further, suggesting I escalate the matter to an arbitration board. I then contacted Nike's distributor, who stated this issue is not common and informed me that Deichmann sources its products from overseas rather than Nike Turkey, raising concerns about bypassing official distribution channels. This could explain why Deichmann handles complaints in this way, pushing customers to accept substandard products. Consumer law does not support their claim that noise from air-sole shoes is normal. Deichmann’s insistence on the originality of the shoes only deepened my doubts, while Nike explained they could not act because the shoes were not purchased from their official stores. Deichmann claims the sound is normal for air-sole shoes but does not warn customers, nor does the product's user manual mention this. They rely on legally unsupported claims that the shoes are defect-free while refusing to stand behind the products they sell. If a Deichmann representative tried these shoes, they would likely find the noise just as disturbing. I am requesting a replacement for these shoes, as I paid ₺3,750, including a 2-year plus 6-month extended warranty, and no law justifies this noise as acceptable. What makes this sound acceptable in any legal sense?
