Unbearable Noise from My Nike Shoes is Ruining My Walk

I bought a pair of Nike shoes from the store on April 29, 2023. Since then, the left shoe has been making an annoying noise when I walk. I thought it would go away at first, but it didn't. Interestingly, this doesn't happen with shoes of the same model but a different color. Even stranger is that the right shoe doesn't say anything. I took the shoes that were giving me trouble to the Nike store in Ankamall, Ankara, and asked that they be looked at. But the result was disappointing: they couldn't figure out what was making the noise, even though it was clear and constant. I'm a loyal Nike customer because I believe in the brand, and I expect them to stand behind their products. I want a new pair of the same model that doesn't have any problems.
