DeFacto Price Hike After Order Cancellation

On February 18, 2024, I ordered 4 items with a discount, but 3 of them got canceled. When there's an issue with a stock, how come the system still lets you buy those items? Instead of simply canceling the items, you could have provided options for exchanges such as different sizes. The product I purchased for ₺100 has now increased in price to ₺350, and the customer service representative mentioned that I have the option to order a different size if I prefer. Will you be covering the ₺250 difference? After buying items priced between ₺250 and ₺450 for ₺100 and having DeFacto cancel them, they sarcastically provide a ₺30 voucher as if there were still items left for ₺100. If your system infrastructure is not equipped to handle this promotion, it's best to avoid implementing it altogether.
