Problems with N11 Order Cancellation and Price Increase

On July 18, 2024, I placed an order from the FLO store on the N11 shopping site, purchasing five items. One of the items, a pair of Camper shoes, was canceled 24 hours later on July 19, 2024, around 6:00 PM, with the reason given as "product out of stock." However, I was not notified of this cancellation via email, phone, message, or app notification. The product is still in stock, but the price has been increased. I suspect the product wasn't sent due to the price change. When I contacted N11 customer service, I was told that "if warehouses are different, it can be canceled," and they offered me 250 lira as compensation, which is funny. They contradict themselves by saying "products from different warehouses cannot be sent," yet a product from a different warehouse was later sent. For instance, in the same order, three products were shipped, and one of them, Lotto shoes, was shipped four days later. Both N11 and FLO store are causing inconvenience without considering customer satisfaction.
