DeepL charged $104.88 (₺ equivalent) from my card without my approval or consent. I never received any reminder, confirmation, or warning before the transaction was processed. This kind of unauthorized charge is completely unacceptable.
I immediately submitted a dispute and canceled the subscription, but that’s not enough—I’m also demanding a full refund for the amount that was wrongly taken. I never agreed to be charged, and I would have canceled earlier if I had been properly notified.
