I bought a pair of shoes from Decathlon in Kayseri, Turkey, on April 16, 2023. When I got home to Sivas, I noticed a flaw on the side of the shoes. I called the store right away to explain the situation, and they asked if I had worn the shoes. When I told them I hadn't, they told me to bring them back to the store. However, I explained that I couldn't because I was only in Kayseri for a day for an exam and lived in Sivas. The customer service representative assured me that they would consult with their colleagues and get back to me by noon the following day. However, I have not received any updates in several days. Decathlon's lack of concern and responsiveness has disappointed me. They appear to value their customers and are unwilling to resolve the issue. I will not hesitate to tell others about my negative experience and to advise them not to shop at Decathlon Kayseri.
