On June 13, 2023, I went to the Decathlon store in Diyarbakir and purchased a pair of shoes that I liked. Because they didn't have my size in stock, they suggested ordering it online and notifying me when it was ready for pickup. I ordered a size 40, but the store employee accidentally ordered a size 41. They assured me that the problem would be resolved at the store. They canceled the size 41 order and replaced it with a size 40 order. On June 19th, they placed an order to have it delivered to the Ankara store. However, the shoes have yet to arrive, and I decided not to buy any other shoes for the holiday in the hopes that they would arrive by then. The initial order was for 480 TL, but they canceled it and charged me 520 TL instead of delivering the product. This is the second time I've been let down by Decathlon. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible, as I have refrained from purchasing alternative shoes for the holiday as a result of this situation.
