Decathlon Shoes Ripped, No Exchange or Refund Due to Failure in Recording Purchase

I bought a pair of shoes from Decathlon's Bakırköy Marmara Forum store and later exchanged them at the Bakırköy Carousel location. When purchasing, they never gave me a receipt or invoice, instead saying that all returns and exchanges are managed through my Decathlon card. Now that my shoes have ripped, I contacted customer service only to be told that my purchase wasn’t recorded on my card. Despite the shoes having a 2-year warranty, they refuse to process an exchange or refund. They even had the nerve to ask for the exact date, time, and place of purchase. It’s not my fault if the cashier didn’t do their job properly. Now, I'm the one facing the consequences due to their incompetence. Decathlon is a complete regret.

You are really funny; you sent an email saying the shoe is not covered under warranty without even examining it. Although you may look professional from the outside, we have learned that you are quite amateur. I will never shop again. Because of your cashier's mistake, it was said that the shoe was under warranty. (the shoe wasn't even seen) Don't think you're fooling anyone because I'm not at your level of intelligence.
