Decathlon Lost My Order

I just recently placed an order through the Decathlon internet application, and the order number is TR1168354006. However, after a week, I became concerned because the item had not been shipped. Despite the fact that I contacted customer service, I did not get a response for at least two to three days. After some time, they contacted me to let me know that my order had been misplaced and provided me with a new order number, TR1179779718. My confidence in Decathlon has been severely damaged as a result of their unprofessional and disinterested behavior, as the company is supposed to be reliable. I kindly ask that they make the necessary corrections to their error as soon as possible. Even though I was already very upset and angry, I never imagined that I would have to deal with such a challenge.
