I hold a real trading account with XM, number 82923235. On 5 February 2026, I made a deposit of 3,500 INR from India to this real account via a local depositor. The transaction details given to me are HDFC120455DB8D8D. However, even after 3 days, the money has still not been credited to my XM trading account. Since the deposit, I have contacted support multiple times over the last 3 days, including sending emails and trying to reach you via Telegram and Instagram, but I have not received any resolution so far. This situation is preventing me from using my real account as planned.
