Deposit Not Credited In XM Real Trading Account

I hold a real trading account with XM, number 82923235. On 5 February 2026, I made a deposit of 3,500 INR from India to this real account via a local depositor. The transaction details given to me are HDFC120455DB8D8D. However, even after 3 days, the money has still not been credited to my XM trading account. Since the deposit, I have contacted support multiple times over the last 3 days, including sending emails and trying to reach you via Telegram and Instagram, but I have not received any resolution so far. This situation is preventing me from using my real account as planned. I request that the 3,500 INR deposit be credited to my XM real trading account (82923235) immediately, based on the above transaction reference, and that this delay be properly investigated so that similar issues do not occur again.
