FAM App Refuses Refund After $4 Sent to Wrong Person

On February 8 at around 10:42 a.m., I used the FAM app to make a payment, but the money was accidentally sent to the wrong person. An amount of $4 was transferred by mistake, and the transaction appears in the FAM app with the ID FMPIB4544156118. After realizing the error, I contacted FAM app customer support and requested assistance, but they refused to help and did not offer any solution. The money was deducted from my FAM app balance, and I am now unable to recover it, even though the transfer was clearly made to the wrong recipient by mistake. I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the full $4 be refunded to my account as soon as possible. I also ask that the handling of this case by customer support be reviewed, as simply refusing to assist leaves customers completely helpless in situations like this.
