Decathlon Fit3 Skates Caused Ankle Pain and Blisters

On October 30, 2025, we purchased a pair of Fit3 inline skates (size 35–38) for my son from the Decathlon MarkAntalya store. When he used them for the first time, he experienced severe discomfort and blistering on his right ankle. Upon inspection, we discovered that the hard and stitched structure of the inner lining of the skate was the cause of the problem.
At this point, my son cannot use the skates because they cause him pain every time he tries to wear them.
We have the receipt (Transaction No: xsl2028000152032). We request an exchange for this product and are awaiting a response from either the MarkAntalya store or another Decathlon branch to resolve the issue.
