Oxelo Roller Skates from Decathlon Missing After ‘Delivered’ Status

I placed an order for Oxelo brand roller skates through Decathlon, which was marked as delivered on October 25, but I never received the product. My order number is linked to the email address b*[email protected] **. I had the item shipped to my address in Karaman city center and paid $85 USD via credit card.
Despite the order status showing “delivered,” the product never arrived. It was not left at my address, apartment building, or with anyone nearby. I also tried contacting Decathlon customer service, but I couldn’t reach a representative or get any assistance. I have not received any warranty or return information about my order, either.
I request that my product be shipped to me as soon as possible or that an immediate investigation be initiated to locate my missing package.
