Lotto Norwell Wmn Shoes Cause Discomfort – Decathlon Refuses Exchange After 3 Weeks

On September 16, 2024, I purchased a pair of Lotto Norwell Wmn 4PR beige sneakers, size 38, for my spouse. Shortly after she began wearing them, the shoes started causing discomfort around her pinky toes on both feet. Initially, we thought it might be normal for new shoes, but the pain persisted even after three weeks of regular use.
When we approached Decathlon for assistance, they informed us that because the shoes had been worn, an exchange or return was not possible. This response is frustrating because there’s no way we could have known the shoes would cause pain without trying them. My spouse did not experience this issue during the first two weeks of use, and she even mentioned that her toes felt comfortable initially. But after continued use, the pressure on her pinky toes increased, leading to painful sores.
