I experienced a problem with my return request (No: sgtr4210489185), which I created through Decathlon’s official website. Within this return, the amount for the product “Domyos Dumbbell – 2x5 kg – Black” was not refunded to me. Only the amount for the product “Quechua Men’s Outdoor Fleece Jacket – Black – MH100” was successfully refunded.
On October 30, 2025, I contacted Decathlon’s WhatsApp support line. I was told that the dumbbell product had been sent for exchange, not return, and they attempted to hold me responsible for the issue. However, the product had no defects, and I never requested an exchange — I returned it simply because it did not meet my needs. Decathlon is now trying to blame me for their own logistical mistake.
During my chat with the support team, they said they would accept the return and had canceled the shipment. Despite this, on October 31, 2025, Aras Kargo delivered the product back to my door. I immediately contacted the support team again, explained the situation, and returned the product to the cargo branch myself.
I request that the “Domyos Dumbbell – 2x5 kg – Black” be accepted as a valid return and that the refund be issued to my account as soon as possible.
