On July 17, 2023, I placed an order for 2 dumbbells (order number: TR1496121240) on Decathlon's website. Today is July 24, 2023, and it has been a full week since I made the purchase, but the items I ordered have not reached me yet. When I called their customer service at the number they provided (0 (850) 532 33 22), I couldn't even speak to a proper representative. Moreover, they had no problem charging customers up to 35 TL for shipping fees. This level of indifference is simply unacceptable. Decathlon's service is in a terrible state, and it's causing a great deal of inconvenience for us customers. I urgently demand a prompt response to resolve my issue.
