I ordered a 1.55m fitness bar from Decathlon, but I received the wrong product instead: a 10kg dumbbell. I immediately initiated an exchange request, but I've been waiting for approximately one week now, and the situation remains unresolved. Not only has Decathlon failed to send me the correct item, but they haven't even picked up the incorrectly shipped dumbbell yet.

I've called them for two days straight, and each time I'm told that the return will be picked up today, yet I'm still waiting. This prolonged delay is causing significant frustration and inconvenience, as I cannot use the incorrect product and am without the fitness bar I need. My fitness routine is disrupted, causing both emotional distress and a waste of my time. I urgently request that Decathlon prioritize and resolve this exchange issue immediately by delivering the correct fitness bar and retrieving the erroneous dumbbell.
