Daikin Air Conditioner Service Delayed for Over a Week


On July 8, 2024, at approximately 3:00 PM, I reached out to schedule maintenance for my Daikin air conditioner. Even though I'm paying for the service, it's been quite frustrating that no service technician has shown up since July 16, 2024. And to make matters worse, every time I call the call center, they fail to provide a solution. I have been repeatedly told that the service team will reach out to me, but it has been 8 days and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm frustrated that I'm not getting the service I paid for.
