On June 21, 2024, my Beko ecological air conditioner malfunctioned, so I created a service request with customer service. They responded with a message stating, "Dear customer, your authorized service appointment is scheduled for Wednesday, July 24, 2024, from 09:00 to 11:00." I currently live in Diyarbakır, where it's very hot. It's Saturday today, and I can't use the air conditioner until Wednesday. Why do I have to wait so long? Why is the service appointment delayed for such an extended period? Last year, I had to wait 8 days for the air conditioner installation. Despite complaining to CİMER, the installation was delayed. Now, less than a year later, the air conditioner has broken down again, and Beko service is very slow to respond.
