On July 2, 2024, my actively used Arçelik air conditioner malfunctioned. Since my air conditioner is under warranty, I called Arçelik's headquarters to request an appointment. They directed Arçelik service to Raif Paşa Neighborhood in İskenderun, but no one from the service has called me until July 9, 2024, and they still haven't called. Every day when I called Arçelik's headquarters, they always said they would come, but they never did. I am very dissatisfied with Arçelik's service; they have caused me significant inconvenience. I request that necessary actions be taken.
