Cratosbet Refuses to Pay Winnings, Claims False Multiple Membership Issue

I strongly advise against playing on Cratosbet. Despite their promotional offers, they do not honor winnings. I participated in their trial bonus campaign and managed to turn it into 5000₺. When I tried to withdraw just 500₺, my request was denied, and they claimed I had multiple accounts.

This accusation is completely false—I only have one account. Their refusal to pay and baseless allegations are unacceptable. Players should not be treated this way, especially when they play fairly and follow the rules.

I demand Cratosbet immediately pay out my rightful winnings and stop misleading players with false claims. This level of dishonesty is deeply frustrating and damages trust in their platform.
