Refund And Blocking Future Payments From Coursiv

I hold an SBL card issued by Siddhartha Bank Limited, Nepal, ending with 0023. My card has been used for payments to V_coursiv.io / Coursive, CY, including a transaction of USD 5.00 on 27.06.26 at 16:19. These payments are being deducted from my account automatically even though I am not taking any classes or knowingly using any service from Coursive. Before the payment on 27.06.26, my bank balance was also being deducted regularly for similar payments to Coursive without my clear consent or active use of their services. I have not contacted the bank or Coursive about this issue before; I am raising this complaint now so that the situation can be properly investigated and resolved. I request a complete refund of all such unauthorized or automatically deducted payments made to Coursive from my Siddhartha Bank SBL card ending with 0023. I also ask that any related subscription or recurring payment mandate be cancelled immediately and that future payments to Coursive be blocked to prevent any further deductions from my account.
