Today, I noticed a charge on my card ending with 9422 from a company described as “sc * nebula nc_ht / Nebula” in the amount of 966.46 baht, even though I did not receive any service and did not take any action that would justify this payment. I did not make any new purchases, renew any subscriptions, or authorize any transactions related to Nebula today, so this charge is completely unexpected for me. After seeing the transaction, I contacted my bank and informed them that this was an unauthorized or unjustified charge. The bank directed me to contact the website/company about this issue. I am therefore reaching out to explain that I have been charged without receiving any service and without giving my consent for this payment. I request that this unauthorized charge of 966.46 baht be canceled and fully refunded to my card, and that any related subscription or automatic payment linked to my card be stopped so that I am not charged again in the future. I also ask to be informed in writing about the transaction details and how this charge was made in my name without my explicit approval.
