Full Refund From Jobseeker

I am a Zenith Bank account holder and I am writing to report a series of unauthorized debit transactions that occurred on my account today. Without my consent, my account was first debited ₦27,646.17, followed by two additional debits of ₦1,000 each. All of these transactions were processed in naira.
In my bank statement, the merchant appears as “XXPRUWEY” with the description “MC POS INTL- E2323B.” The only recent activity that could be related is a one-time payment I made for a CV-related service on a job platform. After that transaction, these additional debits started appearing without my authorization.
I did not approve these repeated charges, and I have not given any ongoing permission or mandate for this merchant to debit my account. I request that these unauthorized transactions be urgently investigated and that a full refund of the total debited amount be returned to my account. I also request that this merchant be permanently blocked from making any further charges to my card or account.
Additionally, I expect confirmation after the investigation that my card and account have been secured to prevent any future unauthorized transactions.
