Unauthorized ING Bank Debit Card Charge From Nebula

On 18 June 2026, an amount of 60.07 Australian dollars was deducted from my ING Bank debit card account without my authorization. On my account statement, this transaction appears with the description “SA *V NebulaAB OG”. I did not approve or recognize this transaction and have never given any consent for such a payment. I request that ING Bank urgently investigates this unauthorized transaction, cancels it and refunds the full amount of 60.07 AUD to my account. I also ask that this transaction be removed from my account history as a valid charge and that any necessary security measures be taken to prevent similar unauthorized debits in the future.
