I Face Unauthorized LocationTool Payment and Card Charge Without My Consent

On 22.03.2025, LocationTool charged my credit card for €39.40 without my knowledge or approval. I never saved my card information for future use, and I never gave permission for any recurring or automatic payment. Despite this, my card details were somehow stored, and a payment was processed completely outside of my consent.

This situation is unacceptable and has caused me financial and emotional frustration. A company should never process a charge without clear authorization from the customer. I did not agree to any subscription or purchase on this date, yet LocationTool went ahead and withdrew money directly from my account.

I could not find any proper support channel or direct communication line to resolve this matter. Instead, I am left with unauthorized charges and no official response from the company. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue the matter legally.

I demand that LocationTool immediately cancel any unauthorized transactions, ensure my card information is permanently removed from their system, and issue a full refund of €39.40 without delay. I expect a prompt response and resolution before I escalate this issue further.
