I recently purchased a one-week plan from PDF Guru, but shortly after, I noticed that nearly ₺1950 was withdrawn from my credit card without my approval. This charge was never authorized by me, and it goes far beyond the amount I agreed to pay. What makes this situation even worse is that I later discovered many other customers have faced the same unauthorized billing problem with this company.
I only wanted a short-term subscription, but instead, PDF Guru charged me a large sum without my consent. This feels like a deliberate exploitation of consumers. I reached out expecting a resolution, but so far I have received no proper explanation, refund, or support. It feels as though customers are being ignored, and trust is being taken advantage of.
I demand that PDF Guru immediately refund the ₺1950 unauthorized charge and provide clear assurances that such billing practices will not happen again. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to take legal action. No company should be allowed to charge users without their consent.
