Unable to Access Coursera During Free Trial, Risk of Unwanted Charges

I signed up for a one-week free trial on Coursera, but on the fourth day, I lost access to the site. This issue prevents me from using the remaining trial period and, more importantly, from canceling my subscription before the trial ends. I am now concerned that I will be charged a significant fee despite not being able to access the platform.

I have tried different browsers, but the issue persists. This lack of access and transparency is frustrating and unacceptable. I demand Coursera resolve this issue immediately, ensure I am not charged, and provide clear instructions for managing my subscription. Customers deserve a seamless experience, especially during trial periods meant to build trust.
