On April 7, 2023, my Corendon Airlines flight from Istanbul to Sharm El Sheikh (XC723) was delayed by 5 hours. I have been waiting at the airport for 8 hours now, and there has been no explanation for the delay.
I am very disappointed with Corendon Airlines' customer service. They have not offered any compensation for the delay, and they have not even provided us with food or water.
I understand that flight delays happen sometimes, but 5 hours is unacceptable. I am also concerned about the lack of communication from Corendon Airlines. They have not given us any updates on the delay, and they have not even apologized for the inconvenience.
I am planning to file a complaint with the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority. I am also considering taking legal action against Corendon Airlines.
