On June 23, 2024, my Corendon Airlines flight XC8476 from Pulkovo (LED) to Antalya (AYT) was delayed from the scheduled departure time of 04:15 to 07:40. However, I received no notification about this delay—neither via SMS nor email.
Additionally, there was no explanation for the delay, and no information was provided about the complimentary refreshments that should be offered for delays over three hours. We are still waiting and I request that this issue be addressed.
I demand that the inconvenience caused by this delay be resolved and that appropriate compensation be provided. I also request detailed information regarding the reason for the delay and my entitlements.
