Corendon Airlines Denied My Refund Within 24 Hours

Due to my father-in-law's health issues, I purchased a ticket from Corendon Airlines last night and canceled it within 24 hours. However, I haven't received a refund. They claim that economy class tickets are non-refundable. I've never seen a company this bad. With other airlines, I received a partial refund even after a similar cancellation. Corendon is neither returning the ticket nor issuing a refund. We couldn't get a clear answer from customer service either; they just told us to send a report for evaluation. This company is like a joke. They have no policy for customer rights, only protecting their own interests without any fair approach to the customer.

We will never purchase tickets from your company again. We will also continue to share this bad experience we had with our surroundings.
