Corendon Airlines charged me 10€ for not doing an online check-in on my Berlin to Izmir flight. The company did not inform me via email or SMS about this.
Despite the 'Manage my booking' section clearly stating 'online check-in not available, only airport check-in possible,' I was forced to pay 10€ before my Berlin flight on 19.05 at 13-08-2024.
I demand a refund of the 10€ from the company, which keeps ticket sales open until 3 hours before the flight but closes check-in 5 hours prior.
